Our broaching machines are versatile, from simple standard machines to customised special machines. The options range from manual loading and unloading and manual tool feeding to fully automated loading and unloading, automated tool feeding and subsequent processes such as cleaning and preservation.
Standard sizes and individual customisations
We offer standard sizes of 30, 40, 63 and 100 kN, but we can also realise customised machines of 20 kN or more than 100 kN.
Our broaching machines are available in vertical, horizontal and lifting table versions.
The lift table solution enables material and tools to be handled at ground level. The machine table moves while the mould remains in the machine. This means that the machine can be operated at ground level without the need for additional superstructures for operation.
With our all-round carefree package, you even get the flat broaches from us so that you only have one contact partner for your entire broaching process.
